Here at Hickory Hills, at the south edge of Van Zandt county in the heart of East Texas, blue and green are two of our favorite colors. Blue because of the sparkling waters of Callendar Lake, which is at the center of our “Little Bit of Heaven,” and green because of the forested lake lots in our gated community of just over 500 residents.
