At Hickory Hills Property Owners Improvement Association, we've done our best to create a Web site that anticipates and satisfies our residents’ needs. Q. How is the HHPOIA organized? A. There is an elected Board of Directors of five persons, their terms being staggered 2, 2,,1 so there is maximum continuity of leadership on the Board at all times.
Q. What areas of concern does the Board have responsibility for? A. The Board manages all those areas that are of common concern to the improvement and maintenance of the Hickory Hills community. These include financial concerns, maintaining the HH Office, maintenance of the community’s common properties, the swimming pool, public restrooms/bathhouses, the children’s playground area, the streets, drainage, maintenance of the lake and dam, restocking of fish, making rules for the common good of all, etc.
