1. Change gate access system to eliminate card access
2. Have an Engineer look at the culvert on HH Drive between Ranch and the lake
3. Continue with Engineering assessment on Dam repairs
4. Continue supporting effective and extensive road repairs
5. Encourage community cooperation and involvement by all Homeowners
6. Building to store Association tractor and other Maintenance Equipment
7. Camera to monitor Pavilion and Main Bathhouse
8. Promote fund-raisers for special projects (flowers, street & stop signs, roads)
