Minutes of HHPOIA Meetings

 Below are links to the Official Minutes of the HHPOIA Meetings, held at the pavilion each third Saturday of the month, beginning at 10:00 a.m. The meetings are open to community residents to attend and voice their concerns; only the Board of Directors will vote on issues.

Annual Meeting - May 2004

 The Annual Meeting, which is held the third Saturday in May each year, summarizes the past year’s work and also involves the election of the Board Directors, a portion of whom are elected each year, since they serve staggered terms. Candidates are sought from the community, and Ballots are mailed to Residents beforehand.
