Welcome to the Hickory Hills Property Owners Improvement Association Newsletter. This summary of the Newsletter is created each month to provide current information to residents and friends about Hickory Hills. The newsletter is currently mailed to each resident family, and the full text can be found in the Residents’ Section of this website.

SUMMARY OF APRIL 2005 NEWSLETTER:

 - April 3 (Sunday) is when we “Spring Forward” resetting our clocks.

 - Repairs to the seal on the Dam are coming along

 - Maintenance Fees MUST be made current by all residents to cover costs of Dam repair. Those past-due over $200 will be handled by our attorney.

 - Several Donations have been gratefully recieved, both in cash toward the purchase of added street signs, and volunteer work at the Burn Pile.

 - HHPOIA has a Lot on E. Sycamore for Sale. Inquire at the Office: 903-469-3856.

 - Road Repairs are all that can be managed on current HHPOIA budget.

 - Pets must be contained in their owners’ yards or on a leash at all times.

 - AAC reminds us that Springtime is “Clean-Up” time for everyone’s yards and roadway areas.

 - HH Ladies Club will sponsor their Annual Garage Sale and Bake Sale on Saturday, April 23, 8-4. Be there!

 - If you have Renters at your property, please notify the Office, 903-469-3856.

 - Hickory Hills emblem T-shirts are available at the Office at $10 each.

 - Tailgating Troubles: the main gate was damaged by Tailgaters; Do all you can to discourage this bad habit. Report those that abuse it.

 - The HHPOIA Board will sponsor a Barbeque Dinner on Saturday, June 11 - watch for more information!

 - Lake Comm. Chairman Art Mucci has released a shorline vegetation Information sheet concerning approved lake herbicides. Be sure to stay informed; see the full text on the Residents Section.
